NEAG News – Spring 2026

Another year in the valley begins, and our first newsletter of 2026. We start with a review of our activities in 2025 – a busy year by any measure, for us as an organization and a community, and for the biome we call home. Next, we take stock of what the fynbos offered us after last year’s fires, in a photo essay by Tessa Oliver. Then we look at our iconic beach, and what washes up on it, and why. And we conclude with a review of one of the latest additions to our library – for a comprehensive view of what’s on offer for you to borrow, click here. We look forward to seeing you at our AGM in February – more details below.
